Frequently asked questions
Absolutely not! We value our occasional guests as much as we value community members and game pass holders. You can buy a classic pre-paid game pass for 1 or 2 hours, have a quick fun session then be on your way.
20 High-end gaming PCs with 30+ games and major design/3D softwares like 3Dsmax, Blender, Unity, Premier Pro and others installed. 4 PS5 with 20+ games, board games, a snacks & drinks bar, an arcade & retro place. Whatever fun you're looking for, you can find it at Fragzon.
No, we don't take any booking requests for the community hub (Drinks & Snacks area) or the PS5 stations, we work on first come first serve basis.
But booking a PC is possible and highly advisable during peak hours (Fri - Sat, starting 4 PM) that way you're sure to have a place available when you visit us.
Not necessarily! At Fragzon we provide top-tier peripherals brands to make sure everyone get to experience a comfortable and smooth gaming session. But if you got a favorite mouse or a lucky-charm keyboard, then you can bring your own peripherals, just make sure to notify a staff member before plug & play.
Yes, you can. Before launching a game, you can select to either connect with our local accounts or use your very own accounts. Don't worry, once your gaming session is over and you log out, all memory is wiped from our PC & Network and no one will keep access to your accounts.
No, there is not outside food or drink allowed, although we do allow birthday cakes! There may be exception for allergies or religious requirement, in that case let us know.
You can check "The Arena" webpage, scroll down to see full list of our available games for both PC & PS5. If your game ain't there, you can always download it from your own game launcher account when you visit us. Don't worry it will be fast and it won't count on your subscription time, you only pay for what you play.
Yes we are a family friendly space that does welcome kids, however for safety reasons and as part of our business licence requirements, we request that any young person under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult and no person under the age of 18 is allowed inside after 22 PM except for specific exceptional events.
